Terrible building company never stick any promises... . worse building company ever... never build though this company… please we are very upset why we get build my home with them… even they were not professionally work… if you would like to contact with manager you can’t reach it… get do not have good idea or mapping for big land… very sad

They were building a house next to mine. They damaged the lawn Infront of my house, I spoke to the site manager, he promised to fix it but nothing was done. Contacted the main office via email and again promised to instruct the site manager to fix it but nothing happened.P.s. I waited for week and months not days.It is not a big issue but reflects how keen they are on their service quality.

I've dealt with a number of building companies over the years and Goldengrove are up there with the best. They communicate well, have good systems, great products and friendly staff.

We’ve been living in our new home since March 2022. Very happy overall. We were only delayed by about 2.5 months which in this market wasn’t bad. Very responsive to questions throughout the process. The only thing I would have liked better is if at the colour appointment they suggested more power points! It was an oversight on my part as a first home owner but it’s obvious you can never have too many! Honestly would recommend this builder!

Avoid avoid avoid..plenty of other builders go google a different one and use them..watched them build a home in my estate..grubby.. lazy site superviosor..trades that do half quick work. The owner of the property even complained about the builder saying they built the wrong house. The owner complained about the cheap garden they did.

Was unlucky enough to have this builder build beside our house and the site supervisor abused my wife and claimed to be more qualified then a engineer with his builders licence on the issue we had with placement of the dividing fence to be place off the retaining wall which went against developer and engineers recommendations. Then had the the fence built out our cost as we needed it asap as we have 2 autistic kids then when we went to recover the half share they refused to pay and still hasn't

Do not build with this company! This company is the most hopeless building company you could ever come across! They made an accounting mistake and expect me to pay them more money because they don’t have people working for them who know how to do their jobs. They are rude to communicate with and blame the customers for their problems. They don’t communicate with their builders so I was getting the wrong information. They made up every excuse under the sun during the building. I now have so many problems with my home which is costing me more money to get fixed because of their dodgy job. I do not recommend this company to anyone! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

David Clarke, the site manager from Golden Grove was absolutely incredible during the whole process. He bent over backwards for us but was also very honest and realistic. Highly recommend working with him and his team! If we build again in the future, we will definitely be building with these guys!
