My landscape gardener was late arriving and the staff were so incredibly rude to us. They wouldn’t speak to us at all about anything and when asked why said quote ‘I don’t care, you are not our customer’. So unnecessarily rude - needless to say we won’t be using any trees from Kilby.

These guys are wholesale only. Went with my landscaper and was suitably impressed. They have a lot of stock on hand and are located in the middle of Kew which is unique. They know their stuff! Highly recommend them if you are in the industry!
