Recently had to go back in to the Helensvale store as my ears were getting irritated by the earrings I had in and I didn’t want to make it worse by changing them myself. Not only did the lovely lady who served me change them over for me free of charge, but she also offered me very helpful advice about what earrings are better to sleep in. It’s been a couple days since then and my ear swelling went down straight away. Very happy with my visit ✨

made me pay BEFORE i even got a piercing which is a huge red flag. the piercings were unsymetrical and the bar put in was way too short. my lip is swollen and so sore. pretty unqualified and unprofessional.

Thank you Elissa and Jaz! I called up last minute to see if I could make appointment for the same day and Elissa was so accommodating and fit us in an hour later! I took my 2 girls in, one being 5 years old and the other 6 months old to have both their ears pierced for the first time and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Elissa was so lovely and the communication was great. So helpful and beautiful calming nature for the kids! Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience today at Helensvale cosmetic plus, the lady at the front counter was very helpful ( I think her name was Jazz or something like that)The piercer Amy was very gentle when changing my piercing over for me.

Only giving it 3 stars because I was pretty much kicked out for trying to put on my piercing and was done in a quite rude manner by an older employee. Would be more understanding if she just wasn’t rude about it and had done it quietly. was also told she was continuously staring at me. Just very rude overall.

Went in to get my Septum pierced and was absolutely looked after by Amy the piecer. I was a bit nervous but she was very helpful reassuring and it ended up not hurting at all. She was very attentive and put it exactly where I wanted. She gave me great advice on after care. I will definitely go back!

We took my grand daughter in to get her ear pierced. When we got there she got very upset and nervous. The ladies that we there were so patient and lovely. Thank you for your patience

Highly recommend Leila at Helensvale. I took my daughter to get her belly pierced and Leila was professional, friendly and patient which made all the difference in my daughter's experience. Will definitely be returning to her for next piercing.

Got both nostrils in one sitting and came back a while later to get my tongue done. Both appointments were with Amy in Helensvale. quick and professional and they healed up great. I love them! <3
