He came across several specialty stores in Japan which stocked good quality, well designed, and inexpensive products that were mostly manufactured in China. With his knowledge and experience in product development, supply chain, and the fashion industry, Jack established MINISO with its headquarters in Guangzhou, China, a brand catering to young people around the world. MINISO’s original intention was to enable the young generation to enjoy life through high-quality products and services. He wanted customers to have affordable, well-designed, quality products.

Such a cute fun shop! I bought a backpack from here & found it to be quite good quality for the price. Probably would stay away from any electronics though. Not sure of the quality. But very fun to shop for little knick-knacks.

When I went shopping there with my two children, there was a Chinese woman working there. She's an old woman with glasses. She follows me all the time.And she kept telling my kids, Don't touch this ，don't take that or this is made of glass.” I feel so sick of that. NEVER COME THIS SHOP."

Came here to buy Christmas presents, staff was wonderful asking if I need help, approaching the point of sale, they were very nice and welcoming. made shopping experience very good. Also a very cool store to buy random things

Handy nik naks, quirky items and plush toys... Not heavy on the purse either. Fun place to shop but don't count on anything bring of to high a quality.

Thanks to the Hong Kong lady who went above and beyond in demonstrating how to use the bubble camera to me, in which I thought the item was faulty. During all my visits, I noticed she is always ready to assist customers with passion.

Cosmetics are not too bad. But the Korean foundation is wrong shade for lighter skin women et men who use it. Plus not much makeup brushes. Update trendy fun nail polish, cheap hair clip. Nice Korean lipstick that doesn't break the bank

Poor customer service and refund policy, completely against any ACCC consumer law. Purchased faulty goods, however the store would not give me a replacement nor a refund. Was simply given an email address to contact to solve the problem. Terrible service. Don't purchase anything of value from this store.
