The guys at WFM do a brilliant job consulting, providing, and installing our engineered oak floors!! We've used them a number of times for both commercial/retail and our own reno projects, and their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail is only surpassed by their professionalism and customer care!No matter how challenging the job, (and we've had a couple difficult floor preps and installs), from the initial consult to precision parquetry, there's never a hiccup and the results are always spectacular. Very good quality. Excellent installation and really nice to deal with. We caused them some delays due to our builder and they still managed to reshuffle everything to do our work when we needed. Also reasonable price (we didn't really look at others but the price certainly seemed really reasonable and the quality was excellent)

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Urge and Patrick to renovate my home - Urge was a complete professional. He was responsive, completed the job on time and went above and beyond to execute it perfectly. He removed carpets and perfectly matched the floorboards to be installed to what I had downstairs and executed it with the utmost care. On top of this, he was friendly, agreeable and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the job. I will be referring him to everyone I know and am so grateful that he was able to work on my home with me.
