Bought all my gear here and bringing my son up the same way, top quality gear great after sales service.

I was looking for a idle mixture screw for my ms180 and they couldn’t supply but offered if I leave it with them they will fix it after I explained I didn’t really have the money to pay for them to do it they gave me a second hand part they had for next to nothingThey guy probably doesn’t really understand what he did for me and my family I’m able give my family a warm house I’ll be buying my supplies form them all the time

Purchased my whipper snipper from Bunnings but didn't know how to load the line The guy from the Stihl shop went out of his way and showed me and was only to happy to help great service I've learnt next purchase will be from Stibl shop as they give service Bunnings can't Highly recommend Stihl shop.

Purchased mower 12 years ago. Serviced yearly, never missed a beat, no smoke starts first pull every time, Purchased ms170 chainsaw 2 days ago. My social distance was respected. I'm not an expert on chainsaws. The customer service i received was exceptional.Transaction, done. The guy then took the time to show me the features of the saw. Including tensioner, lube adjustment etc. He then filled the fuel and bar lube. We then went outside he placed a large bit of cardboard on the ground. He showed me step by step how to start the saw. Then he ran the saw for a bit to lube the bar and chain. Showing me what he was doing.This done, he asked if I had any questions, gave me the saw and I left feeling happy with my puchase.I also purchased stihl bar lube, stihl 2 in 1 sharpener. Fuel can, and stihl two-‐stroke oil. He explained to me how to mix my two-stroke fuel for best resultsI would highly recommend this store and the staff i have met. I have always been treated politely and any issues or questions i have had. Have been answered. My lawn mower works as good as new 12 years after I bought it And i am positive that my saw will continue to operate safely for at least that long again.Great stuff guys!I will return.The bit of cardboard was used to catch the bar lube when he ran the saw.
