**update in response to owner's reply** the products are not basic but the mani/pedi session is definitely very basic. I just don't think it's worth the money. I also don't think it's old fashioned to expect the same person to start & finish the finish the service you are paying for. The skill level between technicians varies so from a consistency, standards and customer service aspect, I stand by my original review.**Original review** Manicures and pedicures are very disappointing in my experience, I’ve had 2 or 3 to see if it changes with technician but it doesn’t. The word “Basic” comes to mind so I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on those. The only other thing I tried was SNS but you have to find a technician you like and book in with them because the end result is so different with everyone. Lin is excellent and really listens to what you want, but she’s in high demand so book an appointment.I find it frustrating when 3/4 different technicians work on you during one appointment. They need to improve this aspect ASAP.Massage chairs are good.

I will always recommend coco nails surrey hills to everyone! The girls are so lovely and i enjoy our chats everytime! My nails are always perfect and they pay lots of attention to detail! I’ve been coming here for years and im never disappointed, Thank you so much girls!! :)

got SNS done here and the finished product was completely different to my picture, i was too uncomfortable at the front desk to mention how upset i was with my nails so as soon as i was home i rung and a male worker answered, he belittled me and aggressively told me i was in the wrong because i hadn’t mentioned it while i was there. the gaslighting was crazy. I explained my issue and asked if there was anything he could do, he told me i can book another appointment and pay full price but that’s it. i got my parents to call him shortly after my call and my mum tried to explain when he abruptly cut her off and he began yelling, she tried to speak and he hung up the phone. nails look awful and customer service is unacceptable and just truly rancid. the nails are so thick the wrong shape, wrong colour, shorter than i asked for and a laughable design. 0/5

Just found a new small nail salon in Surrey Hills. Luv it. So clean, staff are awesome & really friendly. I did SNS and shellac pedi and it was the best quality. Staff are helpful. I would recomend this place to anyone, for sure my friends.

I came in always and it was busy. I had a booking did wait a little but understandable due to sort staff. Awesome pedicure as always. They were polite and apologetic. Will come back and highly recommend.

My go-to nail salon! They are super efficient. I got SNS extensions, but these nails only took around an hour or less!They are super friendly and have good customer service! The place is not expensive and they are so professional, so I would definitely go back again!!Would recommend!

SNS nails with art cracked after only 2 weeks. The service of the place was nice, friendly staff. However the rating is based on the quality of the work. The SNS started chipping and cracking within only 2 weeks. If it was only one nail I understand, but it was actually most of the nails. The artwork was really nice.
