Overcharged us and the lady forgot my daughter even had an appointment even though we called a few days prior and said there was a booking for her. Really unhappy with this place.

Beautiful haircut and I am still getting so many positive comments. Erin is a very talented hairdresser and she showed me some funky ways of styling my hair too. Chloe coloured my lashes, so I had a much needed makeover after a decade of long hair. Warmly recommended!

We have discovered Greg at Hairlooms in Blackheath. Greg does my hair as well as my wifes. We have found Greg has obviously lots of relevant experience in mens and womens hair. We found him very professional, helpful in advising in what suits us and very meticulous in his craft. Most importantly he is patient, listens to our needs and desires (sometimes vague) and assists to turn them into a reality.

I love the Hairloom - I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Erin and the girls at the Hairloom Blackheath! I’ve always had a nice and relaxing experience with nothing but professionalism and getting exactly what I want! Thanks girls xx

I wandered in here after emerging from lockdown with a terrible head of hair! Erin spent a lot of time explaining honestly what needed to happen to sort out my hair problems. It's a work in progress that she has taken on. I am really looked after by the ladies in this salon. They are very funny and respectful of my weird hair requests! I have also had wonderful facials and Reiki sessions. Elton is also great company while you're waiting. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and lots of pampering.

Was happy the first time I came here, just had a simple trim and style by Ashley I highly recommend her. Second time I came I knew right off the bat that I was going to be dissatisfied when the lady ( different hair dresser) starts by double shampooing my hair (my hair was actually already clean) she doesn’t try hard to avoid my face either. Long story short she didn’t really seem to care what I wanted and gave me a cut she thought was right. I gave her a picture to look at for reference, she looked at it once. Was hard to make conversation with her and I could go on. I’m not thrilled about how much hair she took off even though I said I wanted to keep my length. Overall not very happy.
