Unbelievable! I cannot believe what Bruce did to my couches. They were so filthy and are now literally brand new! I spent a lot of money on my furniture, but also love the company of my two animals up on it with me. I thought I would never get them back to what they were as I had used other companies to clean my couch before and there was no change in colour whatsoever.But then there was lovely Bruce who made magic work! Thank you, thank you so much. A perfectionist and will not disappoint you. Will never use anyone else again.

My husband and I are perfectionists...maybe a little OCD! Bruce has cleaned our fabric couches and carpet twice and each time they have come up like brand new. He is an absolute perfectionist and really cares about what he does and you can really see that in the results. Just last week, my dog was sick on my carpet and I called Bruce, unsure what to do, and he was at my house within 3 hours and spot cleaned the affected area...how good is that customer service?! I couldn't speak highly enough of Bruce, if I could give 10 out of 5 stars - I would :)

Bruce is amazing! He accommodated my request for carpet steam cleaning on the same day. Punctual, great price, excellent quality and even super patient as had to wait for me since I was stuck in traffic. Super professional. Highly recommended!

Amazing work! Bruce is friendly, professional and has extraordinary knowledge. We called him after a different company ruined our carpets. He not only fixed them but removed long standing stains, deodorised the carpets and made them sparkle. Highly recommend especially if you require specialist knowledge and cleaning for homes with pets. Was also ridiculously inexpensive. Puppy approved!

Bruce cleaned our couch, rug and 2 carpet area cleans (from pet accidents). He did a wonderful job. Bruce was very communicative and came to do a free quote so we knew what we were up for to begin with (his prices were very affordable). Bruce made it easy to book with and arrived on time. The service was performed in a timely fashion to a really high quality. I cant smell any pet accidents, the stains have all been removed from our couch (baby messes) and our rug feels divine to walk on again. I would highly recommend Bruce and Ultra Clean Melbourne.

Highly highly recommend Bruce for your carpet cleaning. I love the equipment he uses, you can tell they are expensive and very professional. Just the deep clean we need for the carpet. Highly recommend Bruce. Not only did he do a great job he came to the house in inspect the carpets first to make sure I was getting the correct service for what I needed. Bruce gave me direction for long term maintenance and was professional and did a fantastic job.
