My Mum needed to be served this week and there was nobody at the service area, a Woman asked her if she needed cigarettes as she was at the 12 items of less counter, she said no and was directed to a self serve, 75 and vision impaired( not obvious to the staff( and nobody to assist, it is beyond ridiculous. I was waiting out in the foyer as she should be able the shop independently???

New closing hours as of 2023 (9pm) are just ridiculous and ineffective.Otherwise, well located, accessible, well stock and well set up but the reduced hours are a down.

New coles east big store great view of items fresh bread. . Great deil cheese.and meats. Fresh produce. Great staff. Friendly. I've been with the store from. Day 1. It has the best team. The service girls are great. Great management.

Friendly, helpful staff. Usually easy parking. Good product selection. Clean store. Conveyer belt self serve option for a full trolley, which is great if you're picky about how items are packed into bags.

Staff are great. But rocked up today Tuesday 31st Jan 2023 just after 9pm, closed. Until today, they'd been open until 10pm every night of the week. They're now mostly open until between 4;30 And 5:30pm. This has been without warning to the public. I'm not sure if this is whatever entity Home and Co." is

The friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a supermarket.Every person is welcoming and smiling.Always willing to have a chat to my toddler while I unpack all of my groceries.The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of a common issue that sometimes there are 3 or 4 people lined up with trolleys full and no registers open.And on a few occasions when I or someone else has asked to have a register open, we were told sorry no...and we can use the self serve conveyer belt option.Personally with a toddler, it is difficult to watch him and also process a full trolley load.And for the others, they were elderly and shouldn't have to pack their own bags.

Great new complex. The shelves are all stocked to the brim that make you feel like you're the first ever person to walk in - this is great as you know you can get what you need. Their milk section is a little excessive though ! Lol
