The last two sessions I’ve been to have been absolute killers. They definitely work you hard but the reword is so worth it. Such a supportive and motivating style of coaching.

Now look... I’m more of your 1 rep max kind of person however... if I was looking for a total A$$ kicking and a REAL boot camp style training session... these guys are the go to for sure! Pain is definitely their aim and I can’t get enough!

I signed up for the 8-week workout and nutrition plan. I’ve always been one to just lift weights but the exercises I’ve learnt through this plan has opened my eyes. Great coaches and great information, money well spent!
