Excellent service, experienced and qualified workers

I have known Manu for about 17 years. I assist her in an admin role for the business, but I am also a client and have been since she started working as a carer with another agency. She is very hard-working and empathetic as well. The good thing about her agency is that she make sure that clients always have someone available even if their regular client is away sick or they need to change the time of their service. She and The support workers from her agency that I have met are punctual and dedicated when it comes to their work.Her wheelchair accessible transport vehicle is an option for me when taxis aren’t available. Manu always picks me up on time. This has given me security and peace of mind.
