I often wait for a couple of weeks before writing a review. I can now say that my car had experienced no subsequent mechanical problems since driving out from Neil's workshop 4 weeks ago. Neil was able to identify the faults without any fuss. Overall I am happy with the service. One other thing, most of the car mechanics that I've used in the past were decent but somehow after a couple of days coming out from their workshop, another set of problem arises. For Neil, I don't have this problem, I would recommend using his service. My car is a 2003 BMW 525i. Btw, don't be put off by the front facade, it is hidden at the back and sharing the same entrance with the Surrey Hills firewood Supplies.

I would recommend Neil to anyone he does a great job and not only on European cars he maintained my Mercedes for me in the past

Neil is very honest, I asked his opinion to see if my Rear Main Seal" was damaged as I was told when my car was serviced by another company it needed to be replaced and they were quoting $1500. Neil did a thorough check of my car and said its fine

No nonsense, very reasonably priced and efficient mechanic. Lovely old workshop too!

We don’t like giving these reviews however this business refused to pay for a service we supplied to him. Ignoring our invoices for Google Street View service we provided. His answer was ‘showed business next door too much’. Well yes that business is next door and shares the same building. Even though the tour went directly inside his reception area. Bad experience and have lost time and money to poor inexperienced business ethics.
