Been going here for years. Very convenient and a great selection of products. May not be the biggest Coles in town, but great location for the locals, prices are great. I find most items at times a better price than other supermarkets. Staff are all so friendly and always get a greeting when entering. Whether you need to do quick a shop or shopping for the family, it has most things you need. Have known the staff for years and are always friendly. There is always someone around if you need assistance, and even walk you to the aisle where you need. Only thing, is some customers should show a little more respect to the staff as they can be a little abrupt when it's not necessary. They are just doing their jobs and at times deserve a little more respect. If you have 1 or 2 items, use the express checkout, not verbally yell at the checkout staff when othrr shppers have a trolley full of products. I have always found the staff helpful and willing. Located at a great spot on Belmore Road, as the shopping strip has many other shops as well to do shopping.

Small, overcrowded and constantly low on stock. Poor experience everytime I go there. In desperate need of competition on Whitehorse Road to shake things up in this store.

They have removed several of my favorite items lately, not impressed. It's not a big Safeway, so cannot recommend, however service is good and it's the only supermarket in the area. Often beggars outside which doesn't bother me too much but might bother others.

Need to make it more secure. Was hassled by two beggars after 9.00pm for cigarrettes as i exited Store. Felt intimidated as it was dark and car park empty and opened packet bought for my brother to give them two cigarrttes.

The shop is big and easily to access. It has free parking space. The staff are friendly and supportive. It has good discounts on weekends and I prefer to buy my groceries here. It has free fruit for kids every day. Everything is fresh and the prices are reasonable too…!

Pls do something about the men loitering around the entries every single day. They make me so uncomfortable coming in. I openly hear them talk to their mates saying how much money “they have scored”. I’ve seen old vulnerable shoppers get sucked in. Unpleasant feeling coming to Balwyn Woolworths.

Worst experience ever in the morning, please improve your customer service MANNER. Be respectful towards your local shopper instead of complaining. If you not fit for the job, come in another day.
