Great builder and fantastic inclusions! Would highly recommend anyone in the western suburbs seeking a professional builder that will not hit you with additional costs. We feel inlove with the Osborne 26 (Harpley estate) in werribee.

Moved into our house only to find we had no gas meter which meant no hot water, heating or ability to cook and the solar panels were leaking on the roof which meant we had to turn the water off at the main as well which was less then ideal considering we had a 6 month old baby at the time. A plumber eventually came around to install the meter over a week later. We had broken bricks, rendering and door painted the wrong colour, large gaps between the windows and cladding, missing floor moulds, wrong kitchen fittings, incorrectly installed cupboards, missing or wrong sized fly screens, broken bricks and just very poor workmanship in general.We constantly got the run around from the office and building supervisor about when trades would be coming out to fix outstanding problems with the house and the last of the problems wasn't fixed until 12 months after we had moved in.I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it.

Value for Money, Excellent customer service.We changed our plans along the way and were really happy with the final design.Highly recommended.

From sales to completion, it has been a smooth and enjoyable process for us. We are fortunate to have Jason as supervisor. Not only the building process is ahead of the schedule, but he has a pair of eagle eyes to spot any defects! Our new house is almost perfect in every way! Thank you so much Orion Homes.

This company has no respect for the communities that they build in, leaving the footpath in a dangerous condition and strewn with mud and construction waste as shown in these photos.

Orion Homes are a fantastic builder who offer a lot of inclusions as standard plus promotions that are indeed value for money. My wife and I found that there base price was justified by what you get as standard compared to other major builders. It's worth visiting the display homes to see the quality you get and additional upgrades.
