Villiers Canteen | Our team start at the crack of dawn every morning taking delivery of our seasonal produce. Come in and try our freshly made salads, sandwiches and wraps. We are fanatical about taste, quality and consistency. Our menus are constantly changing and we are always trying new & wonderful things, this keeps it interesting for both you and us.

Service staff are appalling. Very rude each time I have attended with coworkers. Coffee and food is nice. Highly recommend their Açai Bowl.

Some of the best coffees I’ve had were from Villiers Canteen. With Shane, Holly and Valentina, this cafe is always lively and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended their Acai bowls and drinks.

First time I went here, coffee was perfect. Temperature, coffee strength and it was nice and creamy. Second time unfortunately was very bad and probably the last. Over $7 for 2 coffees, you would expect to be perfect like the first time. Waited a while (13min), which I really don't mind, only to get warm milk which had a very mild coffee taste. May as well go to 7/11 and get 2 coffees for $2.

Coffee strength is weak. Food is well priced and relatively tasty. Customer service is not super friendly but it makes getting the order quick.

Awesome cafe. Price is on the expensive side. But, the quality of the food justifies it. The people there are friendly and kind.

A late review that obviously made an impact. The staff were terrible. I was eyeballed by one who knew a colleague who lost her job. She made a snide comment and I had to piece it together. The coffee was boiling hot, with sour tasting milk and yet weak. The food was below average. It is possible my coffee and food were deliberately foul due to this worker. A positive is, it is conveniently located. I'm super glad there are more local cafes around these days!
