I have been having my car service here for 5-6 years now . Good communication, friendly service . Invoice was sent prior to show cost of each service after initial assestment to seek your approval to go ahead . Todd has always been helpful .

Back in February, my girlfriend and I from the Netherlands bought a Toyota Rav4 from 1998. Not really knowing how things work with buying a car in Australia, we went to a car dealer, purchased our Rav4 and assumed everything should be fine with it.. Big mistake! Soon we found out the dealer hadn't told us about the malfunctions of the car. After getting the car serviced and discovering everything that was wrong with it, we decided to get it fixed. After visiting some garages and getting insane quotes, we ended up at Woodvale Autocare. The owner; Todd, was very professional and clear. He and his team of great mechanics managed to fix the car fast and with great quality. We got a loan car while ours was getting fixed and Todd kept in touch about any additional costs that came up during the repairs. He never proceeded without us agreeing. We now almost drove 10k since we bought the car, so it's almost due for another check up and I know for sure where I want to get it done! Todd, see you soon!

I had my Jaguar booked in 6 weeks prior to Barbagallo and I was not happy.I had to walk to train station took 1 hr to get home then they rang and said part was not there another hour and I had to walk back to them from tge train station .The work will not be done for another month .Tod at Woodvale Auto care has cared for my Jaguar for over 4 yrs now I never had to walk to train I had a loan car he has Jagyar service and I appreciate all his team has done fir me Barbagallo could learn fro them

These guys are absolute professionals. I inquired online about getting my air con regassed and Todd got back to me as soon as possible. I work at a school nearby so was hoping to get my car in asap before the holidays and Clive fit me in the day I called to schedule it in. They even dropped me off at work no worries! Will be back and will recommend to all my Woodvale colleagues!

Todd and his team have worked on my car a couple of times now. Each time I have been impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Last week they were given a huge challenge - to figure out where a rather disturbing noise was coming from. Not only did they fix it, but they made sure that I was apprised every step of the way. They were conscious of my budget and completed the repairs sooner than expected.Their premises are also very clean which I feel shows their high standards in everything they do.I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
