I was recently introduced to this studio a few weeks ago by my friend who is a member. I have never tried yin yoga but directly fell in love with it and the class and the instructors. This studio is so beautifully designed and so naturally aesthetically beautiful that you feel calm and energized as soon as you walk in! Highly recommend!!! A+++

I signed up for a month of Reformer classes (Unlimited offer) to tackle some core weakness (and back soreness) I was dealing with post sports injury. I had never done reformer before, but I ended up attending 19 classes in that time and found they were a great way to efficiently build up strength and balance. All the instructors are professional and tailor the classes with a lot of variety, things you notice when you go 5 out of 7 days! The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend the Studio and reformer to anyone.
