During a stressful interstate move, Mario and Michael were like friends showing up to save the day! The boys were so so helpful, confident, full of energy and crazy strong! They worked quickly, took no breaks, while all the while taking great care of our things. Considering we booked with Sirius because it was by far the best price we could find, we were pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful to Mario and Michael for the service we got!

Moving interstate is a daunting process but Adam, Mario and the team from Sirius Removals made what sounded like a nightmare smooth sailing. They were very responsive with my questions and requests. Terrific service for my 1.5 bedroom move from Sydney to Melbourne. We had a lot of stuff. Adam was responsive with providing a quote and the booking at a very competitive price. With just over a week to we had to reschedule the pickup slightly (a day), however this was made up for by Adam offering either a refund or the next day and the excellent service. Mario and Michael took care of the pick up and drop off and did a fantastic job, moving everything with care and thoroughness. Definitely would use Sirius for my next move.

Mario, Danica and Adam and their team did a sensational job of moving us from the northern beaches to the Sunshine Coast.They were patient with us while we worked out how much stuff we were going to bring, they communicated very well throughout the process, the boys were on time to load the truck, and did not stop until it was ready to go.They arrived on time at our new place in the Sunshine Coast the next day and again unloaded without a break until it was all inside.Not a thing was broken, and the service was excellent. Price was very good too. We could not fault Sirius Removals and would happily recommend them to anyone who is moving.

I cannot stress enough to pick any other moving company if you value your peace of mind. I had a really stressful, uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with Sirius Removals during my move from Melbourne to Sydney.First, they arrived seven hours late for the move. We had agreed on a 9am arrival time and I had booked elevator access and cleaners based on this time. I needed to cancel the cleaners and lost access to the elevator time slot as a result of their delays.I had to call multiple times to find out where they were and got evasive and changing responses each time. The company provided no proactive updates despite being seven hours late, and I needed to follow up several times. I'm pretty sure my number was eventually blocked as it went straight to voicemail multiple times before calling back on a private number which they answered immediately.The delay meant I also needed to cancel my flight to Sydney as a result of the lack of communication, resulting in needing to pay for a new flight the following day and accomodation that night. The company promised multiple times over the phone to compensate me for the issues but then charged the complete original amount and had two of their staff stand over me and watching me complete the invoice before they'd leave my house at the drop off location.Save yourself the headache and find any other company – their competitors charge the same prices when you calculate the additional fees. I hope this review helps others avoid the same stressful and unprofessional experience I had.
