Maddy is a hardworking, bright and kind-hearted soul who you can trust to turn all your wedding floral dreams into reality.She has spent most of her working life as a florist, so she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Maddy will get just as excited as you about your own wedding! She was always interested in the extra details.Despite having a tight budget, she was able to work with it and still deliver the florals that I desired. She was very patient with my indecisiveness about colour choice even right up to a few days before the wedding, and for that I am super grateful.She was always available to chat when she replied fast to my emails and organised meetings both virtually and in person. With all this preparation and lead up, I had the utmost faith that she would deliver and oh boy… on the wedding day she absolutely NAILED it.Everyone was amazed by the colours and variety of flowers available for our winter wedding, by the breath-taking floral arch, beautiful bouquets, and chair posies - and best of all, she returned at the end of the night to wrap up flowers for our guests to take home!After the ceremony, she was even able to relocate the floral arch to the reception, and our guests loved it for photos.Choosing Maddy to oversee our wedding florals was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. The short version of this review is that Ellebore is the most magical wedding florist you could ever dream of and I feel like the luckiest person for getting to work with her for my wedding. I would strongly strongly recommend that you engage Ellebore for your wedding if you are even THINKING about your florist at this point.Now the details. Ellebore was recommended by our venue, and when I looked at her instagram I could see immediately why. Maddy’s work is absolutely stunning. It was very easy to make a decision to go with Ellebore. Then, the fun really began. Not only was Maddy the most delightful human I could ever imagine to deal with, she really took the time to understand what we wanted on our wedding day and was an absolute professional every step of the way. She was genuinely excited to work out florals for our wedding. I enjoyed the process of planning with her, and I did not for a second feel any stress about the flowers, or her ability to deliver on the day.Then the day itself. I cannot even explain how beautiful the flowers were on the day. I think almost every single guest came up to us at the wedding in absolute awe of the flowers. People only seeing the photos even comment on how spectacular the flowers were!I strongly recommend working with Maddy/Ellebore and putting your trust in her incredible expertise and enjoying the process. Maddy is the most talented florist and hiring her for your wedding will be the best choice you make!Whenever I pictured our wedding day in the lead-up to it, I couldn't totally visualise my flowers, because I didn't feel like I needed to give a strict brief to Maddy and the Ellebore team. I had complete faith in Ellebore after seeing their work on Instagram. They totally exceeded my expectations and knocked it out of the park, working seamlessly with our wedding planner, Sam Burke. It was an incredible moment to see all the stunning arrangements for the first time on the wedding day.Highlights included my stunning bouquet which was a more white/pastel version of the bridesmaids' bouquets, and the stunning arbour" at the end of the aisle being moved around the couch to make a cute photo opportunity.Guests didn't stop complimenting them all night and loved taking them home :)"
