Bought KFC for tea. The KFC store was right next to our accommodation, really handy.The view on the 2nd floor out to the river was lovely.

I was served by a customer service person who if she smiled it would hurt her face she definitely didn't want to be there,the food was good but restaurant was very dirty,the girl had her hair died a reddy color, just a shame her attitude wasn't good

We stopped here for lunch on our way back home after a family gathering. We got through the drive through fairly quickly and the staff were all friendly. I ordered the Ultimate burger box. The food was all as expected but the chips that were part of the box was the smallest serve of KFC I've ever had. I know it's a small serve in a boxed meal, but the little white packet was only a third full. There were 10 chips. I normally do the survey but I just feel this is KFCs way of hiding their bad reviews away from the public, and nothing seems to change.

The store was very dirty in the dining & kitchen areas. The chips in my meal were heavenly salted. The fridge housing the soft drinks was disgustingly dirty with smear marks all over the door. The store looked very grubby. I will not support that business again.

My wife and I were attended to today by a young lady by the name of Lily.A bright and pleasant personality who made sure that a couple of oldies as we are got the best meal at the rite price by reminding Us about the Pensioner discount We are entitled to.Well done to Lily and KFC.

Drive through a little slow.whent there today and got $60 worth of food ,one of the 3 pc boxes had 2 little chicken legs and 1 tiny wing.NOT worth $13.45. When I rang them they told me that is standard. To small for my standards. Not woth the money.

Chips were generous...nice and hot, Zinger Crunch Twister, ( which I've had before and was amazing ) was only ok, tasty, not much chicken or crunch..(ccs) ...but was stuffed full of coleslaw...perhaps used as a filler, not as much chicken as before.

Make sure you check your order, to see if they haven’t forgotten items. The burger box I ordered had the piece of chicken missing. Young dark haired girl working at the front made a big deal when I asked what was the order number, as she insisted “it is the online order.” Obviously, but there were several other people in the store, could’ve easily been someone elses, very dopey young girl. Food was poor, nearly as bad as the service. They should change their ad to “shut up and give my money back!” Haha
