Lots of choices here. They are also the showroom for Carpet Call, but there is no sign out the front that indicates that. Its not until you go inside and ask, that you are told by staff that they are also the showroom for Carpet Call. They really need to rectify that, in my opinion.

Absolutely appalling to deal with. Initially told that job would be completed within 2 weeks of us paying. After waiting a couple of weeks after payment had cleared we followed them up as we hadn't heard anything to only be told job hadn't even been started yet. Another 2 weeks went by and we once again followed up the job to be told that someone would go inspect the property by the end of the week. All up it took almost 2 months for the job to actually be started and completed. Only after personally having to chase them up on a regular basis.Would never use them again!

I went in to look for tiles for our bathroom and kitchen renovations. After wandering around for a while with my baby daughter in a pram I approached the desk for help. The two women at the desk deliberately looked away without even a hello or someone will be with you soon. I realised that they weren't interested in helping me. I thought maybe there was supposed to be a salesperson on the floor but there was no one else in sight. I took the hint and left.

Great selection however they sent me a bill for under $10 becuse they underquoted me even though I purchased well over $2000 worth of tiles....go figure! Happy honika Volare...
