Ron and his team were very thorough and quick to complete the job. They took great care with our goods and were very friendly. Went above and beyond. We were very happy to use them twice in 8 months.

We had R & C Removals move us into our home today & could not fault them. Quick, careful & fun! Great value & a pleasure to deal with. Ron, Cathy, Bennet & the boys are great & will definitely use them again if we ever move again.

I Was very impressed with Bennett and John from. R & C Removals. My furniture was picked up at home and taken to a storage facility. The guys arrived on time, worked really hard, and took care of my furniture.I cannot thank them enough for such an excellent job, and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately they broke a tv. Wouldn't claim for insurance, said they would replace and took the damaged tv away. No followup or response. Be careful.

it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ron, Cathy and the Team , when we moved Homes recently. Ron took time to visit the home and understand our requirements and expectations before the big move. And there was constant communication in-between making certain that all were on the same page. I Would highly recommend R and C removals to anyone who might be moving homes

Six months ago my family and I hired R & C Removals Melton to move our furniture from Melton to Point Cook. The removalists loaded our furniture, was ready to go and said we have to get fuel on our way. They got their fuel on my time and money, why wasn't the truck already fuelled to go. Furniture unloaded, removalists left and we check our furniture etc and my freezer, dining table and three bedside tables were damaged. I reported this damage/s back to the removalist and got told my workers don't damage furniture and I said they have and arranged a time for the company to have a look. The workers arrived, I showed them the damage, they proceeded to correct this damage with furniture scratch repair pens, by doing that they were making the damage worse so I ask them to leave. I phoned the companies director and informed him of the situation and he said he would call in to check which he did a few days later. The director proceeded to use the furniture scratch repair pens (mind you not the colour of the said furniture), I informed him that is exactly what your workers had done and made the damage worse I informed him if that was what he was going to continue to do then I will have to ask you to leave, I ask what he was going to do about my dent in the freezer door and he said we didn't do that and I said I beg your pardon it wasn't there prior to the move, he then gave me fifty dollars for the damage to the freezer. He then informed me he would buy the right colour furniture scratch repair pens and would come back to fix the damage. That was close to six months ago, have not had any kind of contact from the director or workers. I will not use this company again and I will not recommend R & C Removals to anyone.
