Great customer service from everyone I dealt with, and the final product is of great quality finish and install. Nothing was too difficult, even as things with job changed due to unforseen circumstances.

Really happy with our louvre patios. We invested in two for our garden and think they look fabulous. The experience with Dawn and Chris has been nothing short of helpful, friendly and amenable throughout the process. Due to reasons outside their control we did hit an issue with a damaged beam but at every turn they made sure the inconvenience on us was as minimal as it could be.We were having decking installed under the one deck and getting panels installed by louvre shade. They were really flexible finishing the patios and coming back to do the panels after the decking was complete. Very much appreciated.Despite digging holes for 8 poles and installing two large structures in our garden there was near no mess, they were very tidy and left the garden clean. You could tell they all took great pride in their work making sure the install was top notch. We absolute love the end product!

If you are looking to install a louvered roof then this is the company to work with. From the first time I made contact with Dawn on the phone it has been absolutely fantastic dealing with them. Chris came in promptly and did a site visit to work through the complexity of the job needing to span close to 9m between posts (something which a couple of other companies we had quotes from were not able to give us an acceptable solution for). He got the engineering done and confirmed the quote within a week and from there on it went like clockwork (inspite of covid and lockdowns and such). The communication was fantastic and we were kept informed all the way through. And once on site, Chris personally carried out the installation which was impeccable. Its always good when a business owner takes care of the job themselves instead of sending in a subcontractor. The finished product is amazing and has been a wonderful seamless addition which fits in like its always been there. Thanks very much Dawn and Chris for doing such a great job. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you guys to anyone wanting a quality , individually crafted louvered roof. All the best.

Professional from start to finish by the Wild family team. The WEDGEWOOD upright posts blend in superbly with the sea and sky backdrop. Only hassle was getting the building and fire permit from the City of Mandurah bureaucrats: glacial !

Chris, Dawn and team did an awesome job installing our louvre roof at our home, it has finished off the patio area for all year-round use. The start of the planning stage, council approvals, the build to completion was managed professionally and their attention to detail was fantastic.
