Overpriced

Our tenant called Metropolitan Plumbing one Saturday evening due to the hot water system uncontrollably spurting large quantities of water. They came over and said the whole system was too old, not worth repairing and needed to be replaced. They said an attempt to repair it, which probably wouldn't succeed, would cost $1000.They then quoted a replacement of the whole unit and installation fee of $5400!!! This equates to an installation fee alone of close to $4000My tenant and I negotiated a work-around solution between us, which bought me a couple of days so that I could shop for a better option on Monday morning.In the end, we only had to replace a valve and the whole thing cost $350.Metropolitan Plumbing lied to us and then tried to price gouge us.

Brandon did an amazing job at my apartment! I had no hot water for 3 months and got stuffed around by other plumbers but Brandon got it working - no dramas!
