Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys food! Stefano is passionate about sharing how simple delicious food can be in a relaxed atmosphere with humour & a great drop of local wine. He uses local ingredients & has gone above & beyond to make the experience run smoothly. I loved that he was conscious of reduce, recycle & reuse and of course hygiene. It’s no surprise his bookings are filling up fast. Excellent value for money. Can’t wait to go again.

We had so much fun with Stefano and Yanni! We were very impressed by their set up, and the food we cooked was delicious. Personally, the effort that Stefano went to for my dietary needs gave me such relief. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful time at Stefano's, the food we prepared was divine, the other people in my group were fantastic and the location of Stefano's was so peaceful. I learnt so much and feel I can recreate the same meals at home. Stefano was a very amusing and interesting teacher. I hope to attend other of his classes.

Wow, this was an amazing experience gifted to me for my 50th birthday. Stefano is a passionate cook and a great teacher. We made gnocci, ciabatta, rotolo and bambolini from scratch and it was all delicious! More importantly, I felt confident to bring the skills I learned to my own kitchen to make these dishes again. Highly recommended class in a serene location for any occasion.

What a great experience. Stefano was so hospitable, the set up has been well thought out and the teachings learn't are simple that you can use again in the home and you would replicate this for daily cooking. Great for groups, team building, couples or something to do and meet new people. So grateful to have been gifted this experience and that Stefano has this on offer as an opportunity to the wider community. Thanks Stefano for having us in your home.

What a magnificent hands on experience! Stefano was the perfect host and teacher, setting a warm and welcoming cucina, bringing friends together over food and wine. Stefano, Yiani and team create a wonderful environment in which to delve into Stefano's brand of Italian cookery. My daughter and I undertook this experience as a shared birthday gift and had a wonderful day learning new techniques with Stefano and a great bunch of people. Stefano is an engaging host and his passion for great food shines through. I thoroughly recommend a Stefano Marvello experience as part of weekend getaway to the Southern Highlands.
