If you ever felt intimidated by normal gyms but want a great workout without being there for hours, Kiesser is the place to be. Everyone has their own personalised workout, no loud music, no mirrors everywhere, sessions are around 30 -40 mins. The team are always welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and very professional. You’ll feel great in no time!

I have been a member of kieser for 3 years. It’s the best investment I have made for my health in preserving my core strength. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The regular reviews adjust the exercise regime to further correct and fine tune the way I work with each machine. It’s expensive but I am convinced its a worthwhile expense.

I have been attending Kieser Heidelberg for over three years, and have found the whole team to be helpful, courteous and professional at all times. I have had back issues for a very long time and decided to give it a try. I try and attend three times a week and it has become part of my everyday life. Not only has it helped improve my overall fitness but my pain is more bearable and I can do more things without medication.I would highly recommend giving Kieser a try especially for older women to maintain muscle strength.Toni
