I brought my car in to assess for a possible tyre puncture. I was advised that the tyre could not be repaired and will need to be replaced. I was also told that two other tyres were worn from misalignment and needed to be replaced, and that it was almost illegal for me to drive the car with those tyres. I went for two different opinions and was reassured that the tyres were still in excellent condition, and that the punctured tyre can definitely be repaired. This was done in 10 minutes, saving me 50 times the quote given to me from Beaurepaires. I am just lucky that they didn't have the tyres in stock or I might have taken their advice. I strongly suggest getting a second opinion if you're going to use this company for your tyre repairs.

Last Saturday, I've called about 8 different mechanics around my area to get my tyres fitted. Whilst other workshops/mechanics provided nothing but rude service, Matthew (Store manager of Beaurepaires Pennant Hills) has kindly assisted me in booking an appointment for the weekened.When I dropped my car in, he was very approachable and friendly. Super nice guy who is also professional in his field.I'd definitely recommend this workshop to my family and friends. Huge credits to Matthew!!
