Marley had her first puppy cut today, with Heather, very informative and friendly. Marley seemed happy going in and coming out.

This is going to be my regular place for grooming the dogs from now on. Appreciated how helpful the ladies were and the cut is so clean so even. The dogs and myself are happy :) thank you

I recently took my Shih Tzu puppy for a grooming service at this facility. Initially, I was informed that the service would cost between $85 to $95 over the phone. I accepted the charges, signed the required documents, and was notified that some additional cost maybe required due to tangled fur.However, I was surprised and disappointed when I received the final bill. The grooming service cost was $95, which was at the higher end of the quote, but more distressing was the categorization of my pet as a 'medium-sized' dog. My Shih Tzu, who measures less than 20cm high, should ideally be classified as a small or even a toy dog based on common standards, where medium-sized dogs are typically 40-50cm.Moreover, I was charged an additional $50 for 'matting,' which was not clarified to me before or during the service. This increased my bill to a total of $145.Communication is key in any service industry, and it's unfortunate that this was not achieved in this instance. I felt blindsided by these extra charges, which were not explained to me initially or justified adequately. I hope this feedback serves to improve your communication with future clients.

The absolutely BEST dog groomers I've ever found! The girls are friendly kind, trustworthy and always do the most amazing job. Spots and Brows are unmatched when it comes to care, communication and results. I highly recommended them to anyone. We have found our dog groomers for life!

Heather has been amazing, professional, helpful and so friendly. My family dog doesn't like alot of people but gets excited to see Heather and he is always so happy afterwards. Especially with his little bow. Can't recommend the spots and brows team highly enough they go above and beyond everytime.

Took my two puppies there and the girls took the time to ask questions on what we wanted and offered advice in a very friendly manner.One of the puppies is a Pomeranian and we have always had difficulties in getting her cut how we wanted.When we came and picked her up she looked fantastic.Both of our puppies looked beautiful after their cuts.Would definitely recommend them to other dog owners.We will be back for our puppies next cut.

My dogs have been coming to this wonderful business since it began. Elise, Heather and Alana are experts at making your dog feel cared for whilst performing their grooming magic on your pup! The girls are so professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. I would not take my beloved dogs anywhere else.

Took my dog for his first ever groom, The girls here were so loving and gentle and professional. Very happy with the result! Tito was very handsome, fresh and happy after his groom. Very good communication too, they asked me quite a few questions about length and style to make sure we were on the same page. Couldn't recommend more highly!
