This place is INCREDIBLE. I came here today with my family to get some foam for my costume I am working on. The staff recommended appropriate pieces of foam for my needs and pointed me in the right direction for EVA foam. I’m currently in the car with my truckload of foam, I will definitely come back here when I need to stuck up on foam next. Great prices, great service.

I walked in to get some new foam cut to size at 9:30 am, my first time to the store as I walked up to the tall guy who works there he mumbles out load so I could hear him (that would be right I’m busy now and I’m getting interrupted by a customer)Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Not even a good morning or hi how can we help you?I thought how rude and will not been going back nor recommend them at all totally unacceptable and poor customer service.Avoid.

Great customer service, they know there stuff when it comes to rubber, foam, plastics etc.Ive now started repairing many things after popping into this store, motorbike and car seats, rubber matting, tailgate rubber, etc.

Called ahead on Monday and asked clearly if it was opened Easter Friday, response was confidently yes, but today I find out it's closed. Had I known it was closed I would have placed an online order instead as I needed it today.If such a simple thing can't be trusted, how can you expect trust for anything else? This is why I'm also glad I didn't just place it online as it would have probably been messed up as well.It was going to be a large batch of things but so happy to be taking my business elsewhere. Silver linings.Edit: After reading other reviews - yes customer experience is horrible at this place it seems, so nothing new. And please dont bother copy and pasting that sorry for your experience" reply."

Couldn't even get someone to answer the phone when I was calling seem like it was picked up then hung up immediately tried 3 times then figured I wouldn't waiste my time even travelling to the place

We needed several things done, cutting pieces of foam and then using our own fabric to upholster a lounge and different pillows. The service was excellent, with the work done within the stated timeframes and in a friendly, positive manner. Selwyn was great to deal with. We couldn't be happier with the outcomes and look forward to placing the items in our new home.

Worst experience imaginable. Called them at 4pm to enquire about foam and they were really helpful. Drove 45 mins to get here and arrived at 4:45pm as they close at 5pm. Said they wouldn't have time to cut it today. Asked if I could take a sample of high density that was the size I wanted of marathon high density firm 29-200 and they said I could, then asked if I could take a smaller sample of the much firmer 29-400 and bring it back but they said I'd have to pay that piece even though I'd already sat on both pieces in-store. Won't be doing business with them on projects in future

The service person attending took the initiative to put together some suggestions for refilling my sofa base cushions and cut up foam on the spot. I went out for food and came back not long after to find the foam ready to go. Great service. Would definitely be back for other foam needs.
