Very poor service from Mick. Installed wrong color blinds and then told me to do whatever. Stay away from these people at all costs.

Whilst finally repairing faulty instal from December 2018 in January 2020 yes 1 year later, tech broke shutter window completely... Took 2 shutters away... Then advised 2 days turn around for workshop to repair his broken workmanship and reinstall... Master bedroom front of house left completely exposed. Took over 3 weeks.... Terrible service

6 months, 8 fitting appointments and they damaged my roof trying to install only 5 fly screens in an apartment. Half of the fittings they tried cutting up the fly screens in the car park (scratching down all the sides on the ground) to just make it work. Couldn’t even get that right. All fitting sweet horrible with gaps along sides. STAY AWAY

Horrible service. They promised to do our outdoor blinds on 24.12.15 for $5000 so we booked them over their competitors. The installer miraculously fell sick that day. Rescheduled for 7.1.16 and blinds were installed with faulty tracks, a missing hood for the blind (hence being exposed to one month of sun, dirt and rain). Also the tracking wasn't level leading the said $5000 blind to be at risk of tearing. Scheduled to be fixed on 28.1.16 and again installer allegedly fell ill. Rescheduled for fix on 3.2.16 and a complete no show with no courtesy call.Stay away from this amateur, management absent, unprofessional company.

Excellent service from the team at Blinds Plus. I recently ordered Alugard security sliding doors and vertical blinds. The team made all the right measurements and gave me some great recommendations. Install was made within a couple of weeks. I would be happy to use this company again, highly recommended!

The guy from Jordan Springs is arrogant. Not family oriented. Abused 2 women in front of children. Will not use a company that employs people like this

Appalling company to deal with. No professionalism, lack of direction from management, extremely poor communication skills I could go on and on. Really stressful experience.

Good blind. good price, customer communication could improve.I got a single roller blind for the bedroom. The process of ordering and measuring up went smoothly. Manufacture took nearly a month, with no communication or estimated date. First installation date was cancelled with no notice, and put back a week and a half. I appreciate that things are difficult during the COVID-19 lockdown, but as a customer that's when I would appreciate more communication, not less.Having said all that, the end result is just what I wanted.
