Not only did they stuff up my own order and forget to send me an item worth $15 and never rectify their mistake, they also sent me somebody elses order years later and only contacted me a month after I received it, even though I emailed them immediately after receiving it, and considered throwing it out because I got no reply. In my experience, their online store isn't worth the risk.

Ordered Tung oil and waited weeks before I decided to source it from elsewhere as it clearly wasn’t coming. I sent emails to both the email address on there site and the “you have a question “ section on there web page. I also rang the phone number multiple times leaving messages to cancel the order as I had sourced what I needed elsewhere. Then to my surprise, over a week after canceling the order money is taken from my account and I get an email saying the order has been shipped. I then again send emails and try calling but once again no response to anything I tried so I have now had to resort to contacting the ACCC and my bank to cancel the transaction. I have no idea how this store is still in business. Be warned, it’s worth paying double elsewhere just to be sure you get decent service and after sales service if needed!!

I placed an order for 24 screw thread inserts and the matching demon bolts for a table I'm making. The inserts arrived reasonably promptly but not the bolts. The accompanying invoice said they were out of stock but would be sent on when back in stock. A couple of weeks passed so I though I'd contact Mike to see when I might expect the balance of the order as my project was at a standstill. I have left 2 phone messages, sent 3 emails and used the website enquiry form over the course of around 3 weeks. I have not had the courtesy of a response to any of my attempts. I have cancelled the balance of my order but won't be holding my breath for a refund. The first and last time I'll be using this company. Avoid!!!

Never responds to emails regarding if they have an item in stock. Be warned that they do not keep their website up to date and things that are not in stock appear as being in stock. Just a waste of my time every time I email asking about stock and if it is available for immediate delivery. If there was a negative 5 star option this would still be too high for their lack of customer service

Opposite to the most of the customers I had no issues whatsoever. They did exactly what they said, and got my things in 5 days in the safest package ever. I really couldn't ask for more. Would give them five stars just for the website and enormous offer they have. Good job guys!

He ripped me off! I ordered a $30 item, he can't get it but has one for $42, I said ok and he sent me a different one for $100 I told him it was no good to me and I was sending it back for refund which I did but no refund and he won't reply to emails.

My order was scanned by the post office 1 month after I placed the order. Won't be ordering from here again.

This business is a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Put in an order a year ago and still have not received it after numerous emails.

Placed an order early March for an item that was suppose to be in stock. After a week contacted the owner, Mike who indicated it was on back order and would be 10 to 12 days. Well after this time frame sent an email asking what was happening but no reply. Sent another email requesting the item be sent or a refund but still no reply.I'm now working with my bank for a chargeback.Appears to have very poor business practices and very little communication. I certainly won't be dealing with this company ever again.

Terrible customer service and no response to multiple follow up emails and voice messages. I ordered the products on 14 August but these have still not arrived more than 6 weeks later and I've been unable to raise the owner via telephone or email. No indication was given when ordering that the products were unavailable else I would have ordered elsewhere. Buyers beware!
