Lyre's Spirit Co

The Lyre's team is fabulous--when a glitch occurred in shipping two products I ordered, they addressed it immediately once I'd contacted them, and even took the initiative to offer a discount on my next purchase. I'm so looking forward to trying their wonderful libations, which are enabling me to savor the joys of cocktail hour, without the effects of alcohol, which I can't consume anymore.

Totally pleased with not only the product from Lyre's Spirit Co, but also the customer service! A broken bottle during shipment was immediately replaced by their outstanding staff. No delays. I'm Super Happy with Lyre's!!!

I hardly know where to start. I stopped drinking two years ago, but still wanted some fun, fancy drinks; with Lyre's I've been able to happily embrace an alcohol-free lifestyle. I've tried competitors and found my favorite in Lyre's (I'm partial to the rum" and "gin" varieties). Please be aware that these are not exact copies of liquors

I received only part of my order the other day. Apparently a bottle broke during shipment. I contacted Lyre's customer service department and they responded several hours later, letting me know that they would send a replacement ASAP. In the meantime, I am enjoying their Italian Orange! Great service!

Great customer service and very speedy delivery. I have only tried the Italian orange and that’s great but have the gin to try next. I will definitely be ordering again

I absolutely love Lyre's products. When opting to take on Dry January I ordered their products. I found their products to be a perfect taste profile replacement. Having this alternative for amazing alcohol free cocktails made me realize I didn't miss the alcohol or the side affects. I order my product and it comes in a few day, I am never without my Lyre alcohol substitutes. Lyre's customer support is top notch and they have addressed a couple issues I have had with broken bottles upon delivery. They quickly shipped out replacements. My favorites so far are the American and Highland Malts, the spiced Cane spirit, Dry London and Pink Dry London, Orange Sec, and Apertif Rossa. I have never been a Tequila fan but once in a while would enjoy a margarita the Agave Blanco Spirit fills that flavor nicely. I try a new flavor with every order and reorder the ones I mentioned above each time. I am on my third or fourth order now and I plan to stock my bar with all their products and continue with dry January" into the rest of the year. While traveling I couldn't find Lyre products and tried another brand and it was terrible not even close to the flavor profile. Lyre products are not meant for sipping on the rocks but to satisfy that flavor profile you get in a traditional cocktail and the nose feel and smell is amazing to the original liquor. I highly recommend their products and the company."

I’ve tried several non-alcoholic spirits brands the last several months and so far Lyre’s is my favorite. In particular, their Dry London and Pink London Spirits are excellent, and make a Gin & Tonic that most resembles an alcoholic cocktail. Lyres offers a free online one-on-one mixology session with purchase, I signed up for the session because I wanted ideas on how to use the Pink London Spirits. The mixology session was fun and gave me great ideas for other mocktails. Based on my experience thus far I’m looking forward to trying other offerings from Lyre’s.

Excellent customer service and an extremely tasty products! Our order was damaged during shipping, and after they were informed they sent a new shipment right away. Great communication, professional and courteous. Jolly good!
