Too much to choose from and I love it

Incredibly rude and abrupt Gail B on 2 occasions whilst in the store then served from another staff member who was disinterested in helping us work out measurements to purchase. Couldn’t get out of the store quick enough! Do not want to return

I placed my order, and a short while later received a phone call for further clarification about my order. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. Thankyou

Best patchwork shop - staff, products and service - I have ever encountered! On holiday from Sydney I arrived Saturday afternoon after the shop had closed, but, Gail and her husband opened the shop, personally showed me to the things I said I specifically wanted, and, when I commented the their range was the best I had ever seen, they took me on a tour of the shop! At the counter I mentioned that I needed to ring a taxi to get back to the station. Gail and her husband then very kindly offered to give me a lift to the station. Their knowledge of their product, their wonderful range and their kindness makes this not only a fantastic place to shop for any patchwork product, but, a place that I will definitely be going back to. Thank you Patchwork With Gail B - a stack of fabulous fabric and an experience that reminded me that there are really nice people everywhere!

An excellent patchwork and quilting shop with heaps of options for fabrics. The layout is aesthetic, and makes it easy to find supplies.

I purchased 2 different lots of fabric. 1 was plain black @ $16 per meter & the other was leopard print @ $24 per meter. I asked for 1/2 meter or each & was charger $20 When I went to cut the fabric, there was only 20cm of leopard print & 20cm of plain black. I hear so much good words about their selection & quality of material that I’m disappointed that they will not act on my request to provide me with the correct amount of material I paid for. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I just want the amount of material I paid for. I even offered to bring the material back to show you, but no, not interested!Accusing me of already cutting the material was an insult & they wouldn’t even check the material if I took it back. Extremely bad & rude PR especially in this time for businesses.

I have been to this store and each time have met with rude. impatient staff particualy the owner Gail B. how she has managed to keep custom is amazing. She is rude to her staff and client's and every quilter I have spoken to have all said they will never return. Yes Gail you have a large selection of fabrics but your not the only one with many shops all providing a great customer service. Eventually it will be yr undoing.

I went to Gail B to purchase a backing for a quilt that I had made. The manager served me and measured my quilt to cut the material needed. When I questioned her I was assured that the material was sufficient and told that she was the professional. She belittled me and I was made to feel like I was a child. I took it back two weeks later to the store when my quilting lady found that it was too short. It had been cut at 170cm instead of 230cm.On returning to Gail B this same lady, the manager, had a very poor attitude and proceeded to blame me for the problem. I was appalled with how she treated me. I was so angry that I demanded my money back and took my business elsewhere.When looking at the reviews online I found that this same treatment has been experienced by many. It is hard to believe that with this rude, arrogant, bullying attitude she is still in business.I will never go to Gail B again even though I have been a customer for many years.

I had an awful experience here and felt like crying when I left, the lady was so rude and abrupt, never ever going here again!!! We were browsing through the tiles in the show room that this awful company were selling for the tile man who shut down and she was extremely rude and aggressive, if you can’t be nice to people don’t work in a business where you talk to people!
