Plush Dandenong

My husband and I went to Plush this weekend to take advantage of their 50% off sale and were very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the level of customer service at the Dandenong store. Shobana was fantastic to work with and could not have been lovelier or more helpful. She was very patient and spent over an hour with us as we deliberated over what model and leather to chose, and she was happy to get us any information we needed to ensure we were making an informed decision about the couch that would suit us best. We are thrilled with the couch we picked and can't wait until it arrives - thanks so much, Shobana, for making our experience so enjoyable and positive!

Was really happy when the couch arrived, but unfortunately within a week the padding in one spot was completely flat. They very promptly sent someone out to check and confirmed it wasn't filled correctly, a replacement part for that particular spot was ordered. That was over 7months ago and I've still not had this fixed, I send follow up emails and get either a sorry for the delay" or most recently just no reply at all."

We were welcomed by staff shortly after arrival and browsed. When we were ready to purchase, the staff were diligent, helpful, and friendly. Care was taken to show that all the order details were correct. It was a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience.

Plush in Dandenong is a great store to look at furniture and test out the different couches available. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. They do a great job of explaining all the customisations and features available on all sets as well as how to best setup the different modular couches.

Don't buy the extra extended fabric protection as they don't follow through with warranty. We didn't receive a de-pilling machine as advertised. Additionally they use an external company to do the warranty inspections who have no knowledge of the product, we bought two couches from them (spent $6000+) and the fabric on both have worn out within 2 years.

I purchased a couch here in 2019 and it’s become extremely balled and pilled.I contacted customer service, paid for replacement covers in June 2022.I’ve received no covers and every time I call, I get put through to the Phillipines.I get multiple promises that they will follow up.I have no option but to go to the Ombudsman.Shocking service!!

Excellent customer service at Dandenong showroom. Shobana was an absolute delight to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. She was really helpful when we were trying to decide on colours and went out of the way to measure and figure out whether the furniture fits the space of our home.

My husband and I bought a brand new couch from another furniture store 18 months ago and haven’t been happy with it right from purchase. We visited Plush in Dandenong with the view of trying to get a couch that would fit our awkward sized lounge room. Couldn’t be happier. So many options of couches, materials and colours to choose from that are fantastic quality with great warranties. Extremely happy with the choice of our new couch, but it was Sandra who made the whole experience such a pleasant one. She was extremely helpful and informative. With her help we were able to piece together a custom couch that will fit our room perfectly. I highly recommend both Plush and Sandra.

We purchased a couch from Plush Dandenong yesterday and came home and realized it wouldn’t fit through the door. Went back to see Chelsea, who is absolutely amazing, she not only allowed us to cancel previous order but she help us pick the most perfect couch for our room. Chelsea was amazing. Super friendly and helpful and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother, even though original order was our mistake. Thanks Chelsea .

The after sales service is dreadful. I ordered a lounge suite in June and it arrived in January. Very little communication until after the initial date had passed.The longe suite itself I am happy with,but hadn't idea it was being made overseas.
