Feels Pilates Avalon
I highly recommend the beautiful team at Avalon Feels Pilates. The instructors are always so welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. Each class is diverse and personally adjusted for individuals if required making it suitable for any age group or ability. The studio is comfortable and light making it an enjoyable experience all round while getting a great workout.

Feels Pilates Avalon
Having done pilates at many studios over the years, Feels Pilates is by far the best local reformer I've tried. After having three children, I needed a local studio that would both challenge my strength while providing options to do so at a pace that would protect my body as it healed. The instructors at Feels Avalon have been amazing. Would highly recommend!

Feel Pilates is a great studio in Avalon with a fun atmosphere and experienced instructors. They have been particularly helpful modifying the classes throughout my pregnancy. I would highly recommend to others!

Feels Pilates Avalon
While visiting my parents in avalon from Melbourne, this has been my go to Pilates studio. The team have been very welcoming and the classes have been perfect for my level. The studio is gorgeous situated in the back streets of Avalon for a relaxing workout.

The brilliantly simple membership app makes booking and keeping track of the convenient range of daily class options a breeze.

Feels Pilates Avalon
I love this new pilates studio! We needed one after the bends! The studio is beautiful! The teachers are so high vibe, the classes are always fun and energising! I love that they incorporate yoga into the sets, makes my body feel better and properly stretched! There’s so many times available for everyone’s schedules and all the teachers and owners are so lovely and easy to talk to! I love coming here, my fave studio!

I love the new Feels studio in Avalon, it has a great friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are experienced, welcoming and give you an awesome workout. No two classes are ever the same but you are guaranteed of a great workout each time. Love, love, love it!!

Suzane PippiFeels Pilates in Avalon is the real deal! The studio is great, has the right number of beds to creat a great vibe in the room without being too cramped. The instructors are awesome, they explain how to do the exercise and provide many levels of advancement in case you are a beginner to an advanced. And the classes are hard, good hard! I can see the progress in my body by getting much stronger, specially core and glutes! There are enough classes to fit any schedule. Highly recommend!

Feels Pilates Avalon
A beautiful space and some of the best pilates instructors I have seen. I have just had my second baby and the instructors have been so thorough and insightful with my postpartum recovery. It’s so easy to be motivated and push yourself in feels classes. Would definitely recommend
