Luke is highly professional, responsive, warm and conscientious. He arrived on the day of us calling, and made known how he was going to proceed once entering our home. I was especially grateful for his honesty and transparency of the state of our fridge, and gave a couple of solutions that were in our budget. Called the number on a Sunday to try to get a rough feel for a repair cost, and felt that the person could not get off of the phone quickly enough - I gave him a brief description of the problem, but he only wanted to proceed after callout.

Couldn't recommend Melbourne Fridgeworks enough.Luke took my call, asked me some basic questions about the problem with our fridge and was able to attend within the hour. When Luke was onsite, he was very polite and took the time to explain the issue and what steps we needed to take moving forward.

Just excellent. Fridge broke down on Saturday and phoned Monday at 8AM but was not home and didn't know the Brand or Model so said I would call back at Noon when I got home. Fridge fixed by 3PM. Luke was totally professional and friendly. Explained what was needed and the cost ($170 call-out plus new Electrics $250). Done within 20 minutes. Shout out to Fisher Paykel for 14 years of perfect fridging'' so no complaints there either."

I was so pleasantly surprised with this service. I had been let down by The Good Guys, they hadn't successfully delivered the fridge when they said they would, and I was in desperate need of a working Fridge. I googled, and found Melbourne Fridgeworks. I called and spoke with someone immediately, who told me a repairman would be out within an hour. Luke arrived within ~ 30 mins, quoted the repair, fixed it, and had left all within the original hour. Luke was also very professional. I was so impressed! Thank you!

Professional, knowledgeable and thorough service from first enquiry to invoice payment. It was all made very easy from first contact, the technician's knowledge on the problem was reassuring and it was repaired on the first visit with follow up calls to check everything was fixed as expected. Highly recommended as an alternative to Fisher & Paykel fridge repair services.

We had Luke over to fix our noisy fridge. Before he came he said defrost fridge first it may fix problem and save you a call out which was very nice of him. Defrost didn’t work snd he came out the next day and fixed the broken fan and also other little problems like my draws weren’t in properly after defrosting and cleaning. Luke’s service was very professional on time, friendly and got the job done very quickly and charged a reasonable price. We definitely recommend Luke as he gave us the best service we have ever had in a long time. Thanks Luke fridge is running beautifully no more loud noise better than when we bought it brand new.

I am so impressed with the service provided. Luke was transparent about the repair of the fridge, his recommendations and costs involved ( absolutely reasonable). He was efficient and quick. I highly recommend this company.The fridge has been working so very well after Luke repaired it, despite it being an old model and a new one will need to be purchased if it breaks down again.
