In the past two weeks we have had our a/c breathe its last. Air Conditioning Doctor was recommended to us by friends on Facebook, and were able to visit us in the following few days. In less than two weeks we had a newly installed air conditioner. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional, friendly and really earned our respect and business. The guys who installed it were cheerful and industrious and it was a pleasure to have them around. We look forward to having more dealings with Air Conditioning Doctor

A family member suggested I contact Air Con Doctor to enquire if they fit split systems. I made a call & asked if they could/would fit & supply a split system to our granny flat. The guy said yeh, no worries but there might be a bit of a wait. Fair enough, I was in no hurry & mentioned this fact. Their guy went on to say he would ring me back the following Monday, May 16, with more info. I gave him my mobile number & name. It is now July 18 & nothing.Oh well, we bought a unit from Air Con Warehouse on May 17 & amazingly was fitted on May 18 by a brilliant young local guy. And businesses reckon covid is the problem. Yeh, right.Wrong number obviously because I checked my phone records & there is no record of any phonecall from you & no one else has problems leaving messages whether they be text or verbal.

Jason returned my call promptly & explained the cost upfront.The Tech Adrian was fantastic , very polite and friendly aswell as knowing his stuff .Will use again when needed no problems

My mother in law had a problem with her AC not switching off at the set temperature (either continuing to heat or continuing to cool past what we set the thermostat to). But it produced hot and cold air fine. We had someone come out and check it and was told the refrigerant was low, and the very next day when we went to use it it didn't work at all. I was told it was just coincidence that it stopped working after the technician had looked at it, which I obviously find very hard to believe. Now my mother in law doesn't have an AC unit as we head into winter. I spent $240 to break her AC.Response to Stephen: I didn't have any problem hearing there was an issue with the AC or the quotes, I have a problem that it's completely broken after being inspected. It was producing hot air completely fine before, it was simply the thermostat temperature not being obeyed. It's like if you took your car to the mechanic to find the cause of a dinging sound but when you got it back the engine won't start.
