I’ve been seeing antonio for 2 weeks now and am booked in again next week. He’s done wonders for me with a very different approach compared to a standard masseuse! He is such a great person and just wants to help you and I couldn’t be more happier to keep going and seeing him as I’m a person with terrible back issues for such a young age and he wants to help me live a healthy and joyful life!

I've been to a number of float tank service providers in Australia and even overseas. R&R are hands down the best. The Staff are chilled but professional. Amenities are 2nd to none. Can be a little trick to find the first time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a massage with Antonio while I was down for a holiday and was so happy with his work, that I booked in a second massage before I left for the weekend! He's got a unique approach and it worked wonders. He also took the time to teach me what he was doing, so I could keep it up after leaving. Highly recommended.

Yoga - Went for a yoga session. Front of house were chilled an welcoming. The yoga room is very newly renovated and well setup, has mirrors which are useful for an amateur to see what I am doing. The instructor Annika was experienced and helpful. She tailored a couple of the poses to target a specific pain I was having. Great all round option for yoga in Fyshwick. I am keen to try the float tanks next.

The team is absolutely wonderful and they put so much focus on making your float a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The facility is incredible and I had such a great session - without a doubt Rest and Recovery Centre should be your first choice in Canberra!

I had a remedial massage with Antonio, who was so specific and professional. He showed me issues I had no idea about, and some simple, but amazingly effective ways to improve them to keep me progressing in life and my powerlifting. He is so friendly and willing to share knowledge, it was fantastic-thank you!
