David was punctual, curteous and his knowledge on what I needed to fix my problem (I couldn't get my second screen to work) was strong and evident.David provided me with several options to fix my issue. Not only did he explain each possible fix clearly enough for me to understand, but he definitely provided me with the right information for me to make a well informed decision. More important to me though, was that at no time did I feel pressured toward any one option. In fact, David recommended the cheapest options as his preference to fix my issue.David had to then go out and purchase the part I needed and return to install the fix for me. To my delight he was able to do this the same day as his original visit. No waiting, no hassles.Thanks David.
