Staff did greet me and ask if I needed assistance but once again another QBD store that stocks like 5 manga books. I just find the stock levels really unfair and starting to feel discriminated against as now thats every QBD ive been into (10+ stores) that just dont care to stock the category.

Should probably tell someone that the $40 loyalty card doesn't work straight away :\ just bought 120 dollars worth of books being told that I'd get 10% off if I got a loyalty card. What I wasn't told was that it might take an hour for an email to come through so I could receive the 10% discount what a waste of $40 I had somewhere to be!! Will be looking for refund on loyalty card not coming back

Travelling by Tram, Tram station Name is Broadbeach South. Then it's a 7 Minute Walk over the bridge to Pacific Fair QBD Popular Book shop but I won't be buying Harry's Victim Book LOL

This feels like the better of the two book stores in Pacific Fair. There is a good selection of books and it appeared to have better quality books (e.g. more beautiful book covers) than it's nearest competitor. I note this point is entirely subjective, but feel it's worth mentioning.The staff were friendly and not overly intrusive, leaving you free to browse the isles at your own pace. The decor is nice here as well.

They probably been ruined out by holiday people,I can totally understand that , but the “attitude ”was not good at all .Just wondering if the book still have stock or not but the staff even don’t want to help me check the availability of the book , I been buying book from QBD for long time , but this is the worst experience ever.Even not said sorry not said thank you .I can understand you are busy but some manner is pretty common sense.
