Poor After Sales service by Car GiantsI was sadly disappointment with the poor and unprofessional service after the premium car Audi Q5 car was sold to me in March 2023.Before buying the Audi I had done a full mechanical inspection from a third party mechanic at my own cost.The final inspection report given to me stated that the console cup holders were damaged and needed to be replaced by Car Gaint.I was assured by Sales Manager that the consoles will be replaced at the earliest. Accordingly the parts were ordered and I was called on Monday the 24th April 2023 to get these parts fixed.Upon arrival I was advised by the Car Giant service team member that the wrong part for rear consoles was ordered. I was totally disappointed by this service as I had taken a day off from my busy schedule to fix this. The service team member also informed that the correct parts will be ordered soon.I then marked an email to Sales Manager who was handling this issue. To my utter disappointment I have not received any communication in relation to this matter to date.I did not expect such a poor service from such a reputed organisation like Car Giants.

Right from when I walked up Ben was outside and very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable of not only the vehicles I looked at but of other vehicles, manufactures and other questions i had along the way. Every step of the process(including my own changes of mind) was easily navigated and smooth.I would not hesitate to recommend buyers to come by for a look

My 22 year old son bought a Ford Ranger on the 28th of February 2022 from Car Giant in Jandakot. He was sold the extended warranty by Car Giant for Integrity Warranty. When his car blew a hose in August last year he rang the warranty place, to which he was told, they don't cover hoses (no mention of investigating what would have caused the problem) he towed it to a mechanic who fixed the issue. Then in December, the timing belt went, again he rang and they said they don't cover belts (no mention of investigating what would have caused the problem). Took it to a reputable mechanic who fixed the belt and did a thorough service. In January the vehicle just stopped, there was no oil or coolant in the vehicle, or so it seemed. The next day the car started, it looked like there was a coolant leak however there was plenty of oil in the car. Just to be safe the car was towed to the mechanic, the mechanic discovered that there appeared to be a massive issue with the cooling system but didn't want to touch it in case he damaged the engine so advised to take it to Range Ford. Again the warranty people were called and again they didn't do anything. Range Ford fixed the hoses etc and did an investigation on the cooling system and advised the car was totally buggered and shouldn't be driven more than 2km's. Got in touch with the warranty people again who now want more investigations done however there is something called consequential damage in the fine print of the warranty which means if something goes but caused the engine to be damaged, they would replace the item that caused the engine to be damaged however the engine would have to be replaced by the consumer. Now not having a vehicle to drive, we had to purchase another vehicle. When doing so we explained what had happened to Car Giant to which they assured us they would do everything they could to help as it appears they sold him a lemon and the warranty appears to be a joke. Multiple unanswered phone calls and ignored emails tells me once they got the sale of another $22k vehicle, they wiped their hands. So now my son has a $35,000.00 ornament to which he is debt for. He went to a reputable" dealer

So my daughter bought her first good car here.We noticed marks on the roof similar to makeup, mentioned it to the salesman who conveniently forgot. Also noticed a dent in the side, told her to get it repaired and they would reimburse her, nothing in writing.Mentioned the marks to the presale lady who sells all the additions, she made it seem like asking them to clean the roof of a $40k car before we took it was a massive hassle, sigh

If I can give a zero, I would. If you're considering on dealing with these people save yourself some time, money, and effort and just look into other businesses. Salespeople are very unprofessional, specifically Matt Fisher.I spent $$ for a comprehensive vehicle inspection and while we were in the middle of a transaction waiting for a response from them to fix the faulty power steering pump only to be shocked to see the car being sold to someone else on the very same day and time Matt Fisher and I have talked.Matt Fisher didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that he sold the car to someone else. Manager blamed me for not falling into their tricks.This place doesn't like people who care for their hard earned money.I just don't get it how business without integrity and transparancy like this operate in this present day and age.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with self respect and common sense. Just stay away if you can & possibly run in the opposite direction if practical.

Had a really poor experience with Matt. Found he had limited knowledge of the car I was enquiring about, then he reneged on his offer to trade my car in for a certain price. Told me it would cost $3-4k to get my car “sale ready” so they wouldn’t make money on it, which is a very exaggerated figure with my car being in near perfect condition and my dad being the mechanic that services it. Also wasn’t very forthcoming with the contractural obligations of a ‘subject to finance’ clause trying to get me to commit on the spot without time to consider. When I expressed concern about current interest rates being a factor with my decision to purchase or not.Overall left feeling really underwhelmed and wouldn’t want to go back to have the same experience again.

I through they are genuine but found yet another doggy dealer. [1] Never mentioned about the second key missing in the car until the handover. [2] They have reported different amount than the sale amount to the DoT.Can you please provide email or number to contact as I cannot reply here

Disgraceful dealership.We purchased a 2 year old car worth $29k and were in a hurry so didn't do the right checks. Drive home to find bumper is dropped a bit. On closer inspection underneath find car has been cable tied! Dealer ends up taking car back up to a panel beater and has the car for 3 weeks. Car comes back to us with no work done at all. Cable tie still in place and was driven over 70kms. Refused to respond to us. Had to go to consumer protection. Car giant still denying so we will most likely end up in court. STAY AWAY!!!

A massive range of used and some new vehicles. From small buzz box shopping carts to lumbering US trucks. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with honesty and no pressure. It felt easy to have a private look around at my own leisure. The experience was relaxed enough that I head back and buy from them, should the car meet my needs. (But they are a fixed price seller, it may not be your thing if haggling is your style).
