Ballina Byron Airport Transfers

Tony picked us up to drive us to the airport at late notice - he was very friendly, and the banter we all had in the van was one of the most friendly experiences we encountered in Byron. The drive was great and timely, and the company even better. Would 100% recommend

Tony picked me up in Byron Bay to drive me to the out of the blue whale experience. I had to call and message him a few times as my tour got rescheduled twice. Tony just said no worries at all. He is so easy to deal with.He is also very chatty which made the transfer even better. Thanks so much!

Tony picked us up on short notice after our original shuttle failed to turn up. He called to confirm ETA, and showed up ahead of schedule. He was friendly and professional, and took the opportunity to show and tell us a bit more about the area on the way to the airport. Tony got us to the airport on time despite our initial problem with the other operator, and turned a potentially stressful situation into a great experience.

This very kind man not only got me to my destination on time, and supply a child booster seat l but when I realised I'd gotten to the airport a whole week earlier than I booked, he waited to see if it was able to be resolved and when it wasn't he drove me a whole hour back home. Bonus for good conversation. Would recommend :)

Booked a shuttle return from Ballina to Byron believing that this was $120, to find out on the day of the return flight that it was a one-way private transfer, which was seemingly down to an issue with their online booking system. When I called to follow-up in regards to my return trip, I was advised that it was never booked and that it was always a private one-way. Despite this, the company was nice enough to offer a transport to the airport leaving now (which would have been sufficient if we were in Byron at the time ready to leave). When I advised them that we weren't they offered no other solutions, assistance or anything.Ultimately we booked an uber which was significantly cheaper with a lesson learnt.I wouldn't recommend this transport company, however if you were to book with them I would double-check everything with them via a phone call to ensure the same doesn't happen to you. The company also seemingly has a lot of previous positive reviews, so hoping this was just a one-off poor experience.

Absolutely brilliant! Tony took us to Husk Gin Distillery followed by Stone and Wood, finishing at Brookies. A day to remember, nothing was a hassle. Totally recommend BBAT to anyone who wants an excellent local service. Friendly, efficient and not expensive. Already planning our next trip. Thank you for making the booking easy and providing local knowledge of Ballina Byron area. WE WILL BE BACK
