Avoid at all costs, now known as DXC Claims Management Services, deliberately withholding and delaying payments to service providers Australia wide, non responsive, impossible to contact irresponsible case management, continuously to miss managed their clients as well as service providers.URGENT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Completely unprofessional. Lodged a claim for an injured worker on 26th May. Claim was approved June 8th. My excess has been paid. Since then no claim manager has been allocated. No funds reimbursed. 7 emails unanswered and 9 phone calls ignored. I’m out of pocket more than $4500 with no resolution on sight.Seems this business is all too happy to take your yearly premium, take your excess and then simply ignore their client. Terrible conduct.

I will give a 0 star if I can. It has been over 2 years and I have emailed and called multiple times to the company. Each staff gave me different information. Most of staff said they will help me to review and get my reimbursement but no actions. Today one employee said I can't claim back anything related to work equipments which is different from what she said last year. I am stuck and I cannot claim anything back. I feel disgusted by the horrible service this company provided. Due to the horrible service, my injury is getting worse and never recover these two years.

Terrible they treat people who have been injured in the work place like they don't exist. To get a reply for a simple question relating to your injury claim takes approx 1 month and for approval on surgical treatment recommend takes approx 3months. Moral of the story is don't get injured at work or you will be left homeless on the streets to die waiting for Xchanging to provide assistance. Learn how to tie a choke rope it will be quicker and less painful than dealing with Xchanging or just slash up.

In regards to this company also known as DXC INTEGRATED SERVICES VICTORIA.My partner submitted a claim through this organisation 3 months ago, which is still not resolved and has affected him financially, mentally and physically.The customer service (if you would call it that- as the level of service is so low) is beyond terrible. Reception staff are rude and condescending and case workers are full of lies and never return emails or phone calls. They don't follow regulated service standards for Workcover claims and cannot complete the simple tasks required of them.They blatantly rejected my partner's first claim without even looking at his ultrasound and x-ray results, which clearly detail his injury- all because his first case worker went on unexpected leave" which was not communicated to him.This company needs to be shut down or at the very least- regulated. All staff havethe same attitude and treat clients like dirt

DXC are terrible with accountability and support for injured workers. They make it as difficult as possible to make a legitimate claim and make you jump as many hoops as possible before they refund you on legitimate services. Do not recommend and the company I work for has changed providers finally.

They are the most disappointing people to work with. They accept claims thats are baseless. When questioned they will have no answer and will force you to accept the claim and make the payments. The investigations that they conduct has no value as they do not consider the finding in the decision making and I dont understand why they waste everyone's time with these investigations. All that they value is their medical examier's 'opinion' that he formed while he talked to the worker on phone and does not consider the actual ultra sound reports which show that there is no injury. The staff at Xchaning / DXC have no idea of what they are doing and just transfer the calls and emails to one another without solving the issue. Its a utter waste of time and money going with DXC and Xchaning.

The staff are beligerant arrogant and fail every test in human rights and basic medical knowledge. They send false information and do not have any knowledge or understanding of compassion. If the medical profession do not trust them how can injured workers.
