1. Reliability: I was promised a certain pickup time, twice, but was left to wait 2 1/2 hours past this time.2. Transparency: There were five items on the invoice description indicating services Where required" but there is no mention whether they were completed or not. Confusing.So

Fantastic! I feel very well looked after every time I come here. I have never had such wonderful and trustworthy service in relation to my car. These guys are on the ball, kind and considerate.They are upfront about all pricing and anticipated issues. They never give you the feeling you are being ripped off and most always provide member discounts of up to $50.I love taking my car here. I always feel safe.

I have been NRMA member for 6 yrs and have my car insurance with NRMA as well for last 2 yrs, I took my 2018 Mazda3 for logbook service with high expectations however I got a reality check, there seems to be no attention to detail and no quality checks whatsoever.For logbook service they offer car wash and vacuum, as soon as I opened my car door after paying for service I could see there was no vacuum done, I reported this to the reception person and had him check it out, he could see as well that there was no vacuum done, he went to check on this with someone only to come back and tell me that it’s a quick vacuum they offer as complimentary service so this is what I will get, I mean why even mention it if you don’t intend to do anything properly.I didn’t say anything and left, drove for 10 mins and checked the logbook at a red signal only to find that it has not been stamped, I mean how can this be the case for a logbook service?, how can such a basic thing be overlooked?, I had to drive back to the centre to get it stamped.I am now unsure of the quality of service that was done given the carelessness I got subjected to, I can only hope that they have indeed serviced my car as per logbook, and in terms of price also it wasn’t that big of difference from Mazda dealership quote so I feel I may have made a mistake by taking my car to Motorserve.I hope that they will improve service quality standards and give attention to each car which comes for service, definitely dissatisfied with my experience.

Why do you accept diesel vehicles if you do not have a diesel mechanic. Wasted $$++ and did not have the basics completed. Will never return after a consistent poor service outcomes over last 2 years with 2 cars. They left fuel additive on the seat that looked like can of softdrink to kids.. previously left the engine cover on the back seat after servicing tapets.. held onto cars for multilpe days for various reasons such as sick leave (fair enough) but forgetting car was there?? Where are the good mechanics in Canberra

I cannot thank the team at Motorserve enough. We were visiting Canberra and had a very stressful issue with our new Ute. The guys here were so friendly and calmly talked us through what we needed to do. They weren't patronising like some mechanics. They turned a bad day, into a good one as they fixed the problem on the day and from start to finish were friendly & welcoming. Also, their charges were very reasonable. Had to get my car fixed here by my insurer, NRMA. Can't fault the experience. All interactions with the staff, either on the phone or in person, were efficient and effective. They kept me posted with regular updates and things were delivered as and when provided.

They will abuse you for extra money to replace some parts without problem

Friendly service when booking my vehicle for service and a text reminder the day before the service was due. The staff were all polite and helpful. I was phoned to be advised of further recommended work and given the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the work as other parts were needed and it was to cost more than the original quote. The NRMA pricing for the work performed was very reasonable by comparison with other service agents and it was performed in a timely manner. I recommend the NRMA motor service and will continue to take my vehicle there when service is required.

First time I have used the NRMA service center. Was a bit unsure of what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and professionalism I received. They even pointed out a few problems that I was unaware of. I gave the go ahead for the extra work and now my car feels and performs like new !! I definitely recommend them for any car related problems and servicing and I will be using them again on my next service. Its the NRMA so you know they will do a great job.
