I went there for a foot reflexology last month. The therapist was very kind and friendly. I felt very relaxed and comfortable when I got home. I strongly recommend their service to everybody. You need to come in right now!

well I purchased a voucher and can't even get them to answer my texts regarding appointment days/times and its been a week trying. What a strange system texting for an appointment and then to be ignored !!! Already I don't have good feelings about this !!!!! However do they manage to run a business this way ?

I bought discount coupons for a so called hour long massage which they tried to drag out by making me fill out paperwork for half of it, only 10 minutes was spent on actual massage then an unexperienced staff member attempted to do cupping and after 5 minutes most of the suction cups just fell off. Huge waste of money, I'm glad I did not pay full price or I would have demanded my money back.

Terrible experience! I had a voucher which I should've thrown out as suggested by the previous poster. Took several months to get an appointment which they kept changing the time/therapist on me. I ended up with Phil for a 1hr relaxation massage". This was extremely painful and at times inappropriate

The treatment I had reticently was of a very high standard, the reception was helpful, even I had to leave a message to request a booking. When I came in, after explained my conditions, which was headache and neck shoulders pain, i had a relaxing yet remedial treatment, after that I was very calm, pain disappeared, back is light and easy to move, very happy.

The worst massage i have ever had:-the booking took weeks. After no reply to my emails i had to front up in person to make a booking;-my appointment time was changed on the day of my massage;-the 'therapist' (i use this term lightly) disappeared prior to my massage and could not be contacted for half an hour, when he did eventually show made no apology about being so late (he was also not the therapist that i had booked);- phone rang constantly throughout the whole treatment;- I went for a 'relaxation' massage, what i got was an uncomfortable 20 minute session where the therapist kneeled on the creaky massage table and tried to adjust my spine and 'crack' my back.After i could stand no more (i was so tense) i asked the therapist to wrap it up so i could get out of there. I regret the whole experience, if you have a voucher let it go, it's not worth the experience. No more living social vouchers for me, places like this ruin it for everyone else.

My wife went to the centre for a full massage and facial.First thing she did when arrived home was have two showers.She said foot treatment consists of small wide bucket like container with water poured into a white garbage bag, which is used as a liner, (perhaps to save sterilising costs).She was wiped down after an ''amateurish'' oil massage with used oily towel.Facial. Shirt left on now robe or towel around her neck/chest and prep done with Aldi wipes and facial was done with some Chinese brand cream.Her noon, 90 minute, appointment lasted until 2.15pm because of understaffing.She is a qualified beautician and was disgusted in unprofessional and unhygienic this place is.

Thank God, I didn't pay the full amount for a complete waste relaxation massage as I bought a discounted coupon. Only positive thing was it went for 1 hour, rest is as follows -- No ambience, cabin was full of light with no music (at least in my cabin)- Masseur seemed to have NO experience and NO knowledge# She left the curtains open while she asked me to change# She just used her fingers throughout the massage with no consistency from soft to extra hard# She asked me turn back and forth while massage with her eyes staring on me# When I asked the masseur of whether she will wipe the left oil from my body, she just passed me few serviettes- Pathetic serviceMy experience which I thought would be relaxing was rather very stressful..All the best if you have chosen them !!

My initial visit to this Centre for a Reflexolgy massage was not what I expected so I spoke to the Manageress Lilyanne, before I left, who arranged for another visit under her treatment. On my next visit Llilyanne firstly checked my pulse so that she knew what areas she needed to concentrate her treatment. Using Kinesiology & Dry needling Lilyanne was able to identify & treat me successfully after only a few visits. All my visits started with a pulse check before appropriate treatment was selected.My condition has improved tremendously & with subsequent weekly visits I feel really on top of the world " & in a good space. I have also had a few massages recently as the Centre has acquired a new massage therapist
