RSEA Safety Hoppers Crossing

Went to return boots that I had bought two weeks prior under a 30 day comfort guarantee, and was told by a male employee to call the footwear company representative myself to ask for an exchange/refund. Explained to him that it clearly states in the footwear website to return to original place of purchase After a bit of back and forth I finally got my refund. Won’t be shopping there again.

I would like to thank the staff at hoppers crossing for their excellent service. I’ve only shopped there a couple of times and will continue too.i had trouble finding boots that fitted correctly and they spent time and effort fitting me. Excellent keep up the good work. Highly recommended store

Went in to get some boots and pants on a Sunday morning. No help at all with sizes on either despite being only customer in the store. Multiple trips to change boots and pants. Like I said only customer in store while 2 employees chat away. Worst experience. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would

The store was much bigger than I expected and very well stocked! Congrats to your staff members for their 10/10 customer service! Definitely recommend :)

Change your bloody time on Sunday on website!!!!It says Sunday open at 8amBut nooooooo you bloody open at 10am so sat in the friken car for 2 hours!!!!Change your times!!!!!!!!! ????

I went there last Saturday to purchase a few items and then again on Sunday to replace them. I have never felt so unwelcoming anywhere in my life to date.Overall, pathetic customer service. The girl working at the counter is least interested in her work. She was chatting with another male employee who didn’t look interested in his work. Both gave a feeling that the customer may buy or leave, and they don’t care.The girl possesses absolutely ZERO customer service skills; wondering how she passed her interview and got appointed.Just pass the feedback to the store manager, change your staff or train them rigorously and keep a check on their performance.Customer service is all about welcoming people, helping them with their queries and making them feel comfortable, enabling a fantastic buying experience.

Went there for some new boots. Staff were disinterested. Not very good service at all. I left and will shop elsewhere.

I knew what I wanted and tried different sizes!The staff were friendly and gave feedback when asked with a question!The clothes are of good quality and worth the value.They are already washed and ready for some hard yakka!Would definitely come in and buy some more safety clothes!
