Couldnt get a deal going on a watch ii liked wtih one of the employees at the store (he was simply ding his job, couldnt go under a certain amount so not taking anything away from him). The owner of the store happened to be on his way out and heard what was going on, had a look at the situation and gave me the price i was looking for.I left a very happy customer with a great (and most importantly - honest) deal. Thank you guys! Will be back in future.

Like most areas in our lives, it’s not so much about what we do but how we do it and how we relate to customers in this case. Would the sales person of your dream display the following: lecturing the customers. Probably the dumbest mistake because it ruins the relationship. Lecturing, the customer comes from a place of arrogance, which seamlessly leads to the second point: taking the client by making any Jason’s, that were completely unsubstantiated. If the first mistake has left some parts of the relationship life, this is next level toxine. The self aggrandising attitude, turbocharges entitlement and to remotely diagnose. doctors would not touch a remote diagnosis from a mile away. Creatures like this, have never learnt that doing business is serving people and not a stage to puff up your ego. He admitted that he didn’t know much about coins, still took sometime and requested me to come back. Show some greatness and refrain from denial. That would really help you with this
