Charters Towers Kids Early Learning Centre

Thank you to Jay and Kelli and the team at Kids ELC Charters Towers. You went above and beyond with our two children and we thank you for caring for them so well over the last year.

Having been with Charters towers kids ELC for 2 years I am extremely pleased with the dedication educators have taken with caring for my children catering to their need and supporting their development and growth! As and employee it has been a positive experience learning a variety of techniques and strategies to support my lead role and enhance my abilities having been guided and supported by Jaylene and Kelli.

My three children have been attending charters towers kids elc for the last five years and they have loved every moment. The educators are so welcoming and offer a wide range of learning experience for the children. The management team is very supportive and helpful when needed.

We have had two children attend the centre both from about 4 months of age. The centre became a second home for both boys surrounded by nurturing educators who are adored by our kids. Knowing our kids are always happy and safe there, made my wife’s return to work after maternity leave very smooth and less anxious.The centre is ALWAYS impeccably clean and the endless toys, outdoor environment and learning activities are outstanding. It is also a modern centre - something other centres in the area do not offer.The baby room is amazing. There is a closed off room for the cots where lights and sounds can be played depending on the child’s needs. All rooms have great routines with the kids and are accomodating to any requests. They will answer any calls throughout the day or call you if needed.Each day you are updated with what your child has done through photos and a write up. Our children always come home happy and always with a clean nappy on!The centre is managed very effectively and efficiently and is lead by some outstanding people. They are very approachable and accomodating. It does not matter how much of a rush everyone is during the morning drop off, there will always be people greeting you!We have no hesitations recommending this centre to anyone!

Charters Towers Kids ELC is wonderful. Our kids love being there and the staff are all amazing - they consistently go above and beyond to provide the best care for our boys. The boys love their educators and it’s brilliant to see them so happy, confident, and learning so much.

Charters Towers Kids Early Learning Centre goes above and beyond for their children and families. The staff are always so welcoming and make you feel a part on the centre community. My son loves going there and for a child who is pretty sensitive he settled in so well. The staff are accommodating to his needs and know how to make drop offs a smooth transition. They are super accommodating to different family needs and work with you and your families roster. The centre layout and outdoor play area is filled with so many amazing learning experiences for the kids. They provide daily food and snacks and milk for bottles and even cater for dietary needs such as lactose free milk. I highly recommend Charters Towers Kids ELC. Thank you for looking after our family.

As a parent of one of the kindergarten children and having had my son attend there prior to school, can honestly say they have amazing programs and amazing staff. I wouldn’t have my children anywhere else.

Charters Towers Kids ELC is a great centre. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job at looking after my children. My kids love going to daycare here.

I love the Centre, Great ladies very friendly, love how my kids love and want to go to Daycare! I've had 4 of my children go through ELC and still have two still there ! I would definitely recommend the Centre.

A wonderful centre with amazing staff. All food and nappies supplied which has made life so much easier for us being full time working busy parent/s. I personally can't fault Kids ELC and am very thankful for this centre taking good care of my son while implementing a positive learning environment for him.
