I was very pleasantly surprised at the very high quality of customer service from the Valhalla team. The team were very accomodating of my first order (wanted to switch from shipped to pick up at very short notice and refund). For my second order, I was personally called to say my order was ready for pickup. This is concierge level of care. Business is about people and how your people treat people. You sell similar items to the old store that was there but with much higher prices, in fact I've seen the exact same items from the previous store with very jacked up prices in your current store, just greedy
